Non-Refundable means that we, (JCXSHRED LLC) will not issue funds to individuals that have purchased any of our product or services. Exchange Policy: All products excluding booking services can be exchanged for the same product 24 hr after delivery if product(s) is damaged or broken. Booking/Challenges Services Policy: All booking services and challenges are Non-Refundable and one time fee per session. If you are unable to attend your session with us, (JCXSHRED LLC) you are able to reschedule 24-48Hrs in advance. If you do not reschedule your session properly you will have to re-pay the fee for the service(s). JCXSHRED LLC is absolutely NOT responsible for missed bookings and any service(s) purchased on our website.
